Indie rock locals Feeder announce homecoming show

Yesterday we saw the announcement of a pilot event headlined by Blossoms that would take place in Liverpool at the beginning of May and its given us a sliver of hope for a summer filled with live music, sunshine and good times with mates. Earlier on today, Newport Events announced the return of local sensations Feeder.

On Friday July 9th, the Newport sensations will return home to play Tredegar Park. Having released a number of critically acclaimed albums, and having been responsible for soundtracking our youths over the past two decades with hits like ‘Buck Rogers’ and ‘Just a Day’, Feeder are set to bring their indie rock anthems to life this summer.

Support comes from Brighton indie sensations The Magic Gang, who released their phenomenal second album ‘Death of the Party’ last year; welsh superstars Buzzard Buzzard Buzzard who release addictive tunes every single time (and there’s another one coming at midnight tonight); and gutsy blues-rockers Tom Auton and the Bottle Breakers, who released their brilliant single Victim of the Groove in February and are part of our Ones to Watch this year.

Tickets go on general sale at 10am Tuesday 4th of May via - be quick, they’ll be snapped up.
