London based alternative-indie duo 'JW Paris' released their latest single 'Favourite Thing' last Friday. Only being out for a little over a week, it has already received a considerable amount of feedback and has obtained continued plays from 6 Music's Steve Lamacq.
Describing 'Favourite Thing', the band said: “We were sitting in the middle of Joshua Tree thinking about some of the struggles and pressures, (ironic we know) you have being in a band and working full time and various other things that come into play, and actually when we sat back and thought about where it all started and where we’d come, it’s actually quite special. Sometimes, like most things you really have to sit back to appreciate what you have and what you’re fighting to achieve. For us this track was about appreciating the struggle and hopefully speaks to others in the same way.”
'Favourite Thing' is an ardent anthem doused with fuzzy hooks and beats that make you want to dance!
